Northern Lights Futurity & Derby Entry Information
2011 Fees
- Futurity: $250
Amateur: $20 (see rules for qualification requirements)
- Derby: $200
Amateur: $20 (see rules for qualification requirements)
- Late Penalty: $50 per late payment
- Facility/Enviro Fees: $12.50 per horse for the weekend
- Stalling:
Indoors:
$15.00/night
Outdoors: $20/night (your own pen by trailer - limited space availability - first come-first serve)
Tack Stall: $12.50/night
- Electrical Hook-up: $18.00/night (limited quantity - first come-first serve)
Entry Deadlines
Entries and payment must be received by the following deadlines to avoid late penalties.
Electronic Entry: Entries may be emailed to nlfdinfo@gmail.com (scanned documents are ok - PDF or JPG please).
Payments must be received by midnight (Manitoba time) of each deadline to avoid late penalty.
Mailed Entries: Must be postmarked day of or prior to deadline date.

PLEASE READ:
- Stalling is pre‐assigned and barn maps will be posted. Any changes to the stall assignment MUST be
approved by a committee member. We do our best to have committee members available to assist you at all times.
- The Northern Lights committee is billed by the facility for stalling based on nightly walk‐through audits
by their staff of all stalls and outdoor parking grounds.
- The Northern Lights Committee is accountable and pays for all shavings used during our weekend. It
comes out of our bank account if shavings are missing from the inventory.
