BARREL FUTURITY & DERBY
ENTRY FORM
In order to enter our barrel racing futurity and/or derby, we request that
you fill out an application form and send it to our Entry Office with
payment by cheque or money order. Entries are made in two equal payments
with the first one due June 16, 2008, and the final payment due July 14, 2008. Late fees
are $50 per late payment.
Entries are considered late if they are postmarked after the deadline date. Entries must be postmarked July 26, 2008 or earlier or they will not be accepted.
All late entries must include all late fees, paperwork and must be received by August 1 to be accepted.
US contestants encouraged to use PayPal and Canadian contestants are welcome to use it. You must still mail (or scan and email) your entry form and copy of papers.
